Q.Z. Blaze spent seven years creating plates for a book, the working title of which was The Female Form Frozen on Film.  When it came time to publish the book, a call to the Sears Tower lawyers of Playboy rescinded the allowance for derivative studies, which the seven years of work had created.  In an attempt to make the potentially most copyright penalty expensive works of derivative art, Q.Z. Blaze created a series of works she called “Strips”.  This series also looked at the nature of pornography vs. erotica.  The medium for these is strips of photographs of collages on the ground that are the plates made for the instruction book “The Female Form Frozen”
